Order Management

Order Management drives the Vantage system. From the time an order is entered, its progress is tracked through final shipment, producing timely reports on demand. Multiple lots/releases can be established and tracked through the system individually or as an aggregate analysis of the overall blanket order.

Order Tracker provides an online inquiry into the current status of the overall order, individual line items, and all scheduled releases. With Order Management, all orders and change orders will be effectively managed online, reducing your chance for error and smoothing out the entire order-to-delivery process for maximum customer satisfaction.

Production Notification
View the combined New/Changed Order Queue by date via online browsers.

Blanket Orders
Establish multiple releases (set up as either firm or not firm) for each sales order line and pull parts directly from inventory or seamlessly integrate with Job Management to generate production orders.

RMA Processing
Enter information about returns and transfer that information to the different groups that may need to take action, such as inspection, billing and order processing.

Flexibility
Relate orders to jobs using one-to-one, many-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many production strategy.

Credit Checks
Customer credit status is checked online at quote entry, order entry and shipping entry.

Miscellaneous Charges
Enter unlimited miscellaneous charges/credits on each order header or order line. These changes will then print on the order and carry over to invoicing.

Sales Commissions
Enter up to five salespeople on each order line item. Split commission amounts can be overridden at the time the order is invoiced.

Price Tables
A pricing table can be set up that allows multiple quantity/discount breaks.

Order Tracker
View all online sales orders. Double-click on selected items to see greater details.

Comments
Enter a virtually unlimited number of comments on each order. Separate comments are set up to print on invoices, work orders, order acknowledgements and shipping documents. Comments are associated with the order or with a specific line.

Integration
Order Management provides seamliess integration with the Quote Management, Job Management, Product Configuration, Material Requirements Planning, Currency Management, Inventory Management, Shipping/Receiving, Portal, EDI, Field Service and Accounts Receivable modules.
