Platronix E-Marketplace and Back Office Suites are available to the users by simply using a computer with an Internet connection. With assigned user id and password, the users may securely access to the system.

System Authorization and Role-Based Security

Platronix Back Office Suites maintains strict security policies and check for access authorization at every level of the application whenever user makes a request for an application. This is to prevent illegal access to sensitive information of the trade exchange.

The administrator can easily define and manage the individual roles and access rights of every user through an intuitive web-based interface. Whenever a user logs onto Platronix Back Office Suites, the user is first authenticated by the system, where the user roles and access right are checked by the system. Based on the user’s roles and access right, a range of application is then made available to the user.

Area Office Level Security

Platronix Back Office Suites allows the administrator to define and set different access rights for different users to different area offices. Users without access rights to the specific area offices will not be able to access to the trade exchange clients’ sensitive information that belongs to the area offices.

This allow for greater flexibility in defining the user responsibilities and expanding your trade exchange to other area offices.

Data Encryptions and IP Level Security

Platronix E-Marketplace and Back Offices Suites offers Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for data encryption during data transfer between the users’ browsers and the web servers. When the system is running under SSL secure connections, all the user id, passwords and other sensitive information are encrypted before they are being sent over the network.

To enhance security between the trade exchange and the area offices, you can configure to run Platronix Back Office Suites with Virtual Private Network or restrict the connections to Platronix Back Office Suites, only to specifics IP addresses.

All the available options ensure you to run your trade exchange with highest security and privacy.
