Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

This module allows the broker to add and manage new and existing clients including management reports on the productivity of the trade brokers.

The Sub modules are:

Add new members/clients from different area offices and with the ability to issue supplementary accounts for partners, staffs and family members, information on signup date, fee start date, renewal fee date and fee plan
Assigned portfolio management of different area offices/franchisees brokerage
Add new and work with prospects
Detailed Client Profile Management System that covers clients particulars, email integration with outlook and website interface, account information like fee plan and credit limit, crystal reports that includes:

Instant Statement
- View and print Interim Statement
- View and print Previous Statement

Detailed Client Trading Information
- View and print Current Month Transactions and Transaction History
- View and print Cancelled, Rejected and Pending Transactions

Detailed Client Relation Management
- Ability to Add and View Haves complete with E-cataloging
- Ability to Add and View Needs plus runs matching or referral
- Record and maintain client conversations and collection notes
- Internal Email system to communicate with all level of assigned employees and brokers enterprise wide.

Other Detailed Client Information
- Ability to edit Client particulars
- View and edit Client’s nature of business in proper categorization
- View detailed trade balance
- View other confidential detail like PIN or password
- View and edit electronic card issued
- View and edit client bank information
