Accounts Module
This module allows the finance department to view, print live account information like
transaction cash fee, aging reports, account receivables and area office performance.
The sub-modules are:
- View and print area offices payment summary
- View and print account receivables of different area offices/franchisees with ageing
reports.
- Ability to view, add, edit, delete and print cash transaction for different area
offices/franchisees for different periods.
- View and print payment history by different area offices and ability to choose different
period of time of payment.
- Ability to view, add, edit and delete current month payment to empower different area
offices/franchisees to act as collection centers. This live input of information into the
centralized infrastructure allows the head office to facilitates
micro-management. The ability to run these functions are controlled and
secured by the area office level restrictions and user-defined profiles security system.
